For unopened products, we will offer refunds within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

a. The item must be in its original, unopened condition.

b. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.

c. The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

4.3. For any issues not covered by these policies, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
